Keto-Friendly Ham Sandwiches

Homade Ham Sliders

Took some of my keto homemade King Arthur Low Carb keto flour rolls (added 2T of sugar sub to dough for a Hawaiian Roll feel) stuffed with carver board ham and Swiss! Then I chopped up a chive in some butter and added some spicy brown mustard to butter onion sauce and poured over each mini ham/cheese stuffed bun. Baked covered for 10 minutes and 5 uncovered at 350F. Placed on plate and drizzled butter in bottom of baking dish back over mini sands before serving!

They are SO good! 2.8 carbs per sandwich! These buns are slightly bigger then the hawiian rolls so two or three gets you pretty full! I had two for 5.4 carbs! Will eat some crispy baked fresh okra from my garden later to get a green in! I have a special dessert I am working on for later! Stay tuned! Sunday Funday!
