Keto Friendly – Cinnamon Apple Cake

Faux Cinnamon Apples

Keto, low carb, sugar free treats, snacks and healthy meals I have worked on this last year. Everyone of these snacks and sweets is under 1-4 nets carbs, sugar and white flour free and reduced in calories! Most my meals range from as little as 2 net to only as high as 8 net carbs! Very hard work and a LOT of money spent. In the comments of the “hard to know what it is” pics I put in comments what it actually is!

Wish I had pics of my faux cinnamon apples made from zucchini, more of my savory dishes and casseroles, all my savory snacks, my grain free oatmeal, cookies, my homemade pastas, gnocchi, ravioli, Mexican dishes, non potato made French fries, ice creams and faux mashers. Proud of my success!

Yes, we eat all the things shown here and so many more other healthy things I have created and have been able to keep weight off and maintain as well over the last three years. A lot of money, testing, blood, sweat and tears have went into these creations. Some recipes took over 10-20 tries to master changing out and exploring ingredients. A lot of reading and studying and even testing blood sugar levels! Still rediscovering and exploring!

My dream is to make some sort of business selling my goods to help people! Missed taking many pics of a TON of things as my phone is never charged to grab a pic…bahahahaha!

My husband Robbye Rob and two besties Judianne Frampton and Kristen DuBose have been my biggest cheerleaders on this low carb/sugar free/keto creating and cooking. Thank you for testing my products and cheerleading me on when I am sure you have been WORN OUT with my endless “low carb” talks!
